Encrypted Fraud Detection

CKKS · ring 216 · depth 15 · the server never sees the transaction
no session

1 · Client keys

The browser generates the CKKS key pair and evaluation keys, keeps the secret key, and uploads only the evaluation material (cc + mk + rk ≈ 1.9 GB, once per session). The server can compute on your ciphertext but can never read it.

2 · Pick transactions to score (up to 5 at a time — this sample stream runs ~10% fraud; real traffic is ~0.5%)
